The below are our trading terms and conditions, they do not affect your statutory rights and have been vetted by our local trading standards.
Formal in tone most are unlikely to be needed, but have to be said, though in ten years of trading we have built a reputation for fair, sensitive treatment of our guests, the unforeseen can happen and we would always advise holiday insurance, specialist honeymoon insurance is available at reasonable cost.
We hope the below will give you confidence that our aim is to provide a relaxing enjoyable, and memorable holiday in this beautiful location.

Booking Terms
All bookings are made subject to our Terms and Conditions
To book a holiday a Deposit of 25% of full cost of your holiday is required with the Balance due eight weeks before your holiday commences. We only accept debit and credit cards or bank transfers.

Groups of under 21's single or mixed sex, hen or stag type groups booking across the three cottages are not accepted. We reserve the right not to accept a booking.

Cancellations
Cancellations are In line with standard holiday accommodation industry booking practice, Your booking deposit is non-refundable. Non arrivals for whatever reason would naturally forfeit the whole cost of the holiday. If the full balance has been paid we will give a refund (excluding the deposit) if we manage to re book the holiday period that you had paid for. Any such refund may be less any short notice discounts or promotional costs that we may have agreed with you to apply, in order to re book the holiday quickly. We strongly advise you to take out suitable Holiday Insurance.

Terms of Occupancy
All accommodation is subject to the maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
Pets or Children of any age are not permitted in our cottages.
We are happy for you to receive day visitors but bearing in mind the facilities (i.e. hot tub) are strictly for your use only and due to public liability insurance restrictions cannot to be used by third parties. We will not tolerate numerous invited visitors creating a group gathering / party. In these circumstances we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately.

Our aim is to provide a relaxed holiday in a natural environment. To ensure the maximum enjoyment of your holiday and that of our other guests we require Your behaviour should not be excessive, noisy or disruptive, especially at night. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the police being involved. We may ask you to leave immediately if your conduct would reasonably be considered to be inappropriate, likely to cause harm, or impair the enjoyment, comfort or safety of our neighbours, our other guests, staff and the general public, or is likely, in our reasonable belief, to breach any of our agreements with you. No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances.

In the event of any accidental damage, breach or transgression with respect to our terms of occupancy, we will have the right (either during or after your stay) to recover from you any or all of the following:
