To book a holiday a Deposit of 25% of full cost of your holiday is required with the Balance due eight weeks before your holiday commences. We accept debit and credit cards or bank transfers. We no longer accept payment by cheque. Pay Pal payments are not accepted.
Groups of under 21's single or mixed sex, hen or stag type groups not accepted. We reserve the right not to accept a booking.
In line with standard holiday accommodation booking practice, Your booking deposit is non-refundable.
If the full balance has been paid we will only consider a refund (excluding the deposit) if we manage to rebook the holiday period that you had paid for. Any such refund would be at our discretion and would be less any short notice discounts or promotional costs that may have been deemed necessary in order to re book the holiday. For this reason, we strongly advise you to take out suitable Holiday Insurance. If a booking is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions i.e snow/floods/storms etc no refund will be possible as the holiday would be unbookable to any other party. We again strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Terms of Occupancy
The accommodation booked must not exceed the maximum occupancy, we are happy for you to receive day visitors but bearing in mind the facilities (i.e.hot tub) are strictly for your use only and not to be used by third parties without our consent. We will not tolerate numerous invited visitors creating a group gathering / party. In these circumstances we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately.
Our aim is to provide a relaxed holiday in a natural environment. To ensure the maximum enjoyment of your holiday and that of our other guests we require Your behaviour should not be excessive, noisy or disruptive, especially at night. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the police being involved. We may ask you to leave immediately if your conduct is considered by us to be inappropriate, likely to cause harm, or impair the enjoyment, comfort or safety of our neighbours, our other guests, staff and the general public, or is likely, in our belief, to breach any of our agreement with you. No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances.
In the event of any accidental damage, breach or transgression with respect to our terms of occupancy, we will have the right (either during or after your stay) to recover from you any or all of the following:
- any compensation we may pay to others, including our other guests
- repair or replacement cost/s of any fixtures and fittings, electrical equipment, property or accommodation damaged during your stay.
- any other charges, fees or levies we may incur resulting from your inappropriate action or inaction and from any breach of our agreement with you
