Booking Terms
When you book your holiday we will reserve
your dates provisionally for three working days to allow for your deposit
cheque to reach us. If after three working days we have not received you
deposit cheque we will always make contact with you before letting the
dates go. When we receive your cheque, your dates then become a confirmed
booking and we will confirm this by email and then forward on your booking
form. A Deposit of 25% of full cost of your holiday is required with the
Balance due six weeks before your holiday commences.
Cancellations
Your booking deposit is non-refundable.
If the full balance has been paid, we will only consider a refund if we manage to rebook the holiday period that you had paid for. Any such refund would be at our discretion and would be less any short notice discounts or promotional costs that may of been deemed necessary. For this reason, we strongly advise you to take out suitable Holiday Insurance.
